Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your glam package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

Please note, during holidays or high-volume times (like product launches), there may be slight delays — but we promise we’re working hard to get your order to you ASAP!

 

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within the U.S. only. We’re working on going international soon—stay tuned!

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order is marked as delivered, DRTYGLM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where we can!

Address Issues:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
